    david larson, the last bid was for $70. Your bid may have been an oversight, or it may have been an interpretation of “top 3 bids” that is understandable but that, for the reasons that I gave to someone who was bidding to tie the prior bid here, plus that people could simply divide the first two bids finer and finer, down into the cents, not a precedent I can allow. Sorry.

    Next bid must increase over $70, everyone. No minimum bid increase (your fellow bidders will be the correction if an increase is silly-small).
