Notes: I am an editor for Month9Books, a small publisher of speculative fiction for children; please note that this critique is not an offer of publication. I’m happy to receive your manuscript at any time in the next year. I will write you a letter similar to what I would write for an author whose book I have in development, covering plot, character, voice, pacing, and so on. You’re more than welcome to offer a YA or MG manuscript that isn’t in the speculative realm, or a speculative fiction manuscript for adults, but please be aware that I’m not as knowledgeable about those markets. Please allow two months for the completed critique. If your winning bid is over $150, I will also review your query letter or a revision of up to 1/3 of the book.
